Mid Valley Kinder & Child Care is a purpose built childcare centre suitable for wheel chair access. Safety is a high priority therefore entry to the Centre is via a coded lock system, and all yards are securely fenced. There is ample off street parking to ensure safe arrival and departure.

Mid Valley Kinder & Child Care is based on the Asthma Foundation’s “Breathe Easy” guidelines. The centre has been designed, built and furnished according to these guidelines. You will notice minimal carpet in the Centre to reduce the effects of dust-mite. The Centre is also All-Electric, including floor heating, to avoid the irritation of fumes. There is also a system of continual air exchange so that dust and air-borne irritants are removed. These features will not only minimise the triggering of asthma attacks for known sufferers but could also lessen the chances of non-asthmatic children developing sensitivity to these triggers.

The centre has five separate, well equipped rooms accommodating varying age groups. Each room has access to toilets or nappy change areas and outdoor play areas. The baby’s room has a separate cot room to provide a peaceful sleeping environment.

The outdoor yards provide spacious, suitably shaded, play areas. Age-appropriate climbing equipment is set on rubber soft-fall surfaces and this, along with artificial turf or natural grassed areas, provides safe, hygienic and fun-filled environments. There are large sandpits and cubby houses, and when combined with additional outdoor equipment, they provide a stimulating outdoor environment.
